Food Product Policy
As dedicated coffee experts, we must inform you that due to the nature of coffee as a food product and our unwavering commitment to freshness and quality control, we do not accept returns of opened coffee products. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure that every customer receives coffee at its peak freshness.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you receive your premium coffee and find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer the following solutions:
- Product Replacement: We’ll gladly provide a replacement of the same product
- Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full purchase amount, allowing you to explore our other premium coffee offerings

Non-Coffee Products
For non-coffee merchandise (brewing equipment, apparel, etc.), we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
